Thirty minutes up US-52.
Preston is about 20 miles from our shop in Clinton — US-67 north to Sabula, then US-52 west, or IA-136 through Charlotte, roughly 30 minutes. The Easton Valley Community School District is the story here: we roofed Preston High School with 40-mil Duro-Last in 2005 and came back twenty years later to re-roof the building in 50-mil, with Easton Valley Elementary in Miles done in between (2023). The Gillet Street and Highway 64 business blocks — Kuna Food Service, Preston Fire Department, Anderson Pharmacy, Preston Groceries, Kunau Implement — make up the rest. An active leak in Preston is generally walked within 0 to 2 business days.
