Commercial Roofing Metal Fabrication & Sheet Metal Shop
Our sheet-metal shop fabricates custom roofing components like edge details, coping caps, curbs, counterflashings, penetration details, gutters, and standing seam metal roof panels. We can even make 12", 12-gauge industrial steel gutters.
Custom sheet metal
Edge and detail metal, fabricated for your roof.
Most leaks start at an edge, a curb or a penetration. Every one of ours is made for the specific condition on your roof — measured and fabricated in our shop and installed by the same crew.
Custom edge details
Gravel stop, drip edge and fascia systems formed to your parapet and deck condition, in the gauge and finish the roof system calls for.
Coping caps
Parapet coping with concealed cleats and standing or snap-lock joints — the detail that keeps wall tops from being the first thing to fail.
Curbs
Equipment and skylight curbs built to the unit, so HVAC changeouts and new penetrations do not become leak paths.
Counterflashings
Reglet, surface-mount and through-wall counterflashing matched to masonry, tilt-up and metal walls.
Penetration details
Pitch pans, stack flashings, pipe boots and custom boxes for anything that comes through the roof.
Finish and gauge
Galvanized and Galvalume steel, aluminum and copper, in Kynar colors to match the building — specified, not substituted.
Panels and gutters roll-formed on site
Panels and gutters formed at your building, to the inch.
Our portable roll formers run at the jobsite. Long standing-seam panels and gutters come off the machine in one piece — no shipping length limits, no lap joints along the run, no freight damage.

- Standing-seam metal roof panels
- Mechanically seamed and snap-lock panels for commercial sloped roofs, canopies, mansards and fascias. Formed to full length on site.
- Seamless aluminum gutters
- Roll-formed seamless K-style and box gutters for commercial and light-industrial buildings, with downspouts and leaders to match.
- Industrial steel gutters
- Up to 12-gauge, 12-inch-wide steel box gutters for industrial roof areas where aluminum will not carry the water or the snow load. Hangers and supports engineered to the span.
How metal fabrication works
Measure, make, install.
One contractor is responsible for the metal and the membrane it ties into — so there is no gap between trades for water to find.
- Step 1
Field measure
We measure every edge, curb and penetration on the roof itself, not from drawings.
- Step 2
Fabricate
Shop pieces are brake-formed in Clinton; long panels and gutters are roll-formed at your site.
- Step 3
Install & tie in
Our roofing crews install the metal and flash it into the roof system to the manufacturer's detail, so the warranty holds.
- Step 4
Inspect
Metal work is covered by the same two formal inspections as the roof it protects.
Why in-house fabrication matters
The metal and the membrane, from one contractor.
When the roofer sources metal from a separate shop, every edge becomes a hand-off — and a place for responsibility to end. We fabricate, install and warrant the metal ourselves, which is why it fits, why it ships on our schedule, and why there is one phone number to call.

Metal Roofing & Fabrication Questions
Do you fabricate metal for other contractors or owners doing their own work?
Yes. Edge metal, coping, curbs and flashings can be fabricated to your measurements and delivered, and we can roll-form panels or gutters on your site.
What gauge gutters do you make?
Seamless aluminum in .027 and .032, and steel box gutters up to 12 gauge and 12 inches wide for industrial applications.
Can you match existing metal colors?
Usually. We work in standard Kynar finishes across steel and aluminum and can match most manufacturer colors.
