Rooftop Fall Protection Systems & Roof Safety Audits
Your own maintenance staff, HVAC techs and other trades go on the roof too. We audit the fall hazards on your roofs, install guardrail, anchor, walkway and hatch systems, and document it for your safety file — backed by the credentials your EHS team requires of us.
How a Roof Safety Audit works
Audit, install, document.
OSHA requires fall protection within six feet of an unprotected edge. Most roofs have skylights, hatches and edges that fail that test.
- Step 1
Audit
We walk every roof section and document access points, edge exposure, skylights, hatches and existing anchors. Written report, photos, prioritized gaps.
- Step 2
Design
Guardrail, anchor, walkway and hatch systems specified for your roof type — non-penetrating where possible so the membrane and warranty stay intact.
- Step 3
Install
Our own crews install, flash and seal every attachment — no new leak paths.
- Step 4
Document
Access procedures, equipment records and inspection tags for your safety file and audits.
Fall protection systems we install
What we install.
Perimeter guardrail
Non-penetrating ballasted rail along edges, around equipment and at access points.
Skylight screens & hatch rails
The two most common fall-through points on a low-slope roof, protected.
Anchor points & lifelines
Single-point anchors and horizontal lifelines, flashed into the roof system.
Walkway pads & crossovers
Defined paths to equipment protect the membrane and keep people away from edges.
Ladder & access systems
Fixed ladders, hatch extensions and roof access gates.
Our safety record
Lower risk while we are on your roof.
An Experience Modification Rate of 0.76 against an industry average of 1.0 means fewer incidents and lower insurance cost — for us and for you.

Rooftop Fall Protection Questions
Does installing fall protection void my roof warranty?
Not when it is flashed in by the roofing contractor. We install non-penetrating systems where possible and flash every penetration to the manufacturer's detail.
Can you send your safety documentation before we award the work?
Yes — EMR letter, COI, OSHA logs, training records and prequalification status, the same day you ask.
