EPDM

Black rubber roofs. Most leaks start at drains and punctures. On older roofs, seams can start to leak due to glue and tape becoming old.

Duro-Last PVC

Our primary system. Repairs are hot-air welded, not glued, so the fix is as strong as the original seam.

TPO

White single-ply that ages differently from PVC — seams and drain flashings are the usual failure points.

Metal

Standing-seam and screw-down panels. Leaks come from fasteners, boots and seams, not the panels themselves.

How fast can you get to an active leak?

Anywhere in our service area, generally within 0 to 2 business days. Call (563) 242-6939.

Repair or replace?

If the deck and insulation are dry and the membrane has life left, repair. If moisture surveys show saturated insulation across large areas, repairs become throwing good money after bad — we will show you the data either way.

Do you work with insurance claims?

Yes. We document damage with photos and core samples, meet the adjuster on the roof, and scope the repair to the policy.
